Description Development of the site will include new utility connections to off-site utilities and parking for a minimum of 50 stalls. Water, sewer, storm drains, and other utilities will be available adjacent to the site as part of the Herriman Main Street extension due to commence in February 2018. Tie-ins are anticipated to be provided by the developer so as not to disturb the new road. A storm-water detention pond, either above or below the surface will be required. The Herriman Main Street extension will provide the main approach to the store, with Anthem Blvd providing secondary accessibility. Deliveries for the store will be accomplished via a 48 inch loading dock on south side of the store near the east corner.
