| Description | This project requires removal of existing carpet and that all adhesive must be removed. There will be asbestos abatement in the elementary area but floor prep should be included. Contractor must supply carpet base for carpeted areas and vinyl base in LVT areas. Contractor must furnish and install all transitions. Contractor is responsible for disposal of waste. 3% overage required for LVT attic stock. The connecting hallway between the elementary and MS should be carpeted with walk off flooring. |
