Job Order Contracting Services for Building and Facility Work South Region

Bids for Contract No. T/TS-787A, Job Order Contracting Services for Building and Facility Work in the South Region will be received by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (COMMISSION). No paper bids will be accepted. This Contract is an indefinite quantity contract for building and facility work and related services to be performed at locations in the South Region. The South Region includes locations of Commission jurisdiction beginning with the Trenton-Morrisville Toll Bridge and extending north along the Delaware River to the Riegelsville Toll-Supported Bridge. Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scopes of Work referenced in the individual Job Orders. The Base Term of the Contract is (3) three years or the achievement of the Maximum Contract Value, whichever comes first. The Maximum Contract Value is $3,000,000.
