| Description | Level concrete pads on the back yard. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Poly-level injection to level the pad to eliminate the tripping hazard. 2. Mud jacking is not expectable. 3. All wholes, joints, cracks and broken are to be repaired. 4. The path of egress must be clear by the end of the workday 5.
