Completion Date: July 31, 2023 Pre-Qualification: Yes Construct a 10,400 square foot addition (approximately) to the current building (Karl's Place) located at 450 E. Water Street, West Bend, WI 53095. Failure to attend will result in the disqualification of the firm's bid. All bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and will need to complete and submit a Bidder's Statement of Qualifications in order to be pre-qualified with Washington County for this work. This completed form is to be received no later than 5 days prior to the bid opening. The Bidder's Statement of Qualifications Form is included in the bid document for this project. Additionally, bidders are to include with their bid three (3) references of similar projects completed within the past three (3) years that Washington County may contact as well.
