2023 Pavement Management Program - Section H HMA Mill & Overlay and Concrete Curb Replacement

The proposed work consists of approximately 1118 SY of concrete pavement (8"), pavement removal, 2,165 LF of curb & gutter removal, 1796 LF of curb & gutter replacement, 11,919 SY of 2" HMA mill and overlay, 804 SY of full-depth patching, 741 LF of 5' wide concrete sidewalk (4"), ADA ramps, pavement markings, and traffic control. All work is to be in accordance with KDOT specifications and project specifications. A performance and statutory bond will be required. The agreement will include a two-year warranty period for materials and workmanship. A sales tax exemption certificate will be furnished for materials incorporated into the project. The Notice to Proceed will be issued when requested by Contractor, but not later than April 10 th , 2023.
