State Street Dockwall Improvements

The Work includes the replacement of existing timber soldier pile walls and boardwalks, totaling approximately 700 linear feet, along both sides of lower State Street, north of the Bayfront Parkway, within the City of Erie. The replacement walls will be constructed utilizing concrete encased steel H-pile soldier piles and precast concrete lagging panels, and the replacement boardwalk will be constructed utilizing precast concrete deck panels. The Work will also include fabricated steel railings, concrete curbs and walkways, precast concrete block retaining walls, electrical and lighting system improvements, landscaping improvements, etc.
