PROJECT DETAILS: CO FLAP PUW 16(1), Nichols Road The project is located in the Pueblo West Metro District on Nichols Road at the entrance of Lake Pueblo State Park (LPSP). This project consists of reconstructing Nichols Road from LPSP border to the intersection of McColluch Road. The work would also include the reconstruction of McColluch Road to include turn lanes at the intersection. This project will also include constructing 8,220 feet of 8-foot asphalt trail, constructing 725 feet of 8-foot concrete trail, and building a 160-foot pedestrian bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad.
