| Description | The project generally consists of the resurfacing of Briarwood Road from the intersection with Ridgedale Avenue (CR 608) to the intersection with Cathedral Avenue, a distance of approximately 5,276 LF. The work to be undertaken in conjunction with the roadway resurfacing includes granite block and concrete vertical curb installation, sidewalk and driveway repairs, ADA compliant curb ramp installations, pavement milling, hot mix asphalt surface course installation, traffic striping and other incidental work. Additionally, this contract includes the upgrade of the traffic signal at the intersection of Briarwood Road with Ridgedale Avenue (CR 608) which includes incidental work such as roadway excavation, granite block and concrete vertical curb installation, dense graded aggregate base course installation, hot mix asphalt base and surface course installation, pavement milling, resetting manholes and inlets, reconstructing inlets, driveway and sidewalk reconstruction, ADA compliant curb ramp installations, traffic striping and other incidental work. |
