Syracuse City Corporation Secondary Reservoir Project Phase 2

The purpose of the prequalification process is to select those general contractors the Owner deems to be qualified and capable of completing the project on schedule in conformance with the Contract Documents. Only those firms that are prequalified by the Owner will be allowed to submit a Bid on the Project. Please review the prequalification form for a full tentative project schedule. Pre-Qualification:Yes The Secondary Reservoir Project Phase 2 consists of: Excavation, dewatering, and site grading for a 37 ac-ft reservoir and pump station Installation of concrete liner for reservoir Installation of perforated PVC pipe for underdrain of reservoir and pump station Connection to existing utilities including 24" HDPE pipe, concrete manholes, etc. Installation of approximately 500 feet of 30" HDPE Pipe and associated valves and fittings Installation of approximately 2,000 feet of 36" HDPE Pipe and associated valves and fittings Installation of approximately 1,500 feet of 24" HDPE Pipe and associated valves and fittings Installation of concrete pad and concrete vault for vertical turbine pumps Installation of 4 - 150 HP 2,000 gpm pumps (with additional future ports for a total of 14,000 gpm), filters, and associated piping and appurtenances Installation of 250 feet of 30' wide asphalt road with curb and gutter Installation of 30'-8" x 12'-0" electrical building Installation of variable frequency drives, electrical cabinets, HVAC units, and associated appurtenances for pump station Installation of boundary chain link fence and automatic access gate.
