| Description | Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals to remove and dispose of existing ballasts and floodlights and replace with new LED spotlights with proper fixture aiming and reconstruction of wiring in each of the four (4) bunkers for the San Jacinto Monument State Historic Site. Each bunker will require 4 (four) NFFLD-L NIGHT FALCON LARGE LED spotlights (or equivalent) for a total of 16 (sixteen) per attached specification sheet. Warranty: Upon final acceptance of the Work by the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish the Owner with the maximum available manufacturer’s warranty on all installed products and a one-year warranty on the work. |
