In general, the project consists of demolishing the building with general site address of 19 South Main Street in Clintonville, Wisconsin. This includes demolition of asbestos and lead based paint containing material; demolishing a three-story building, with a footprint of approximately 9,000 square feet. Proper disposal of commingled asbestos and lead containing demolition debris, abatement of features to remain in place; and provide services for utility abandonment are required.
