2022-2023 Snow Plowing, Salting, Removal and Snow Hauling Services FOR YEARS 2022 & 2023 The Township of West Orange, New Jersey, County of Essex, is seeking companies to perform SNOW PLOWING, SALTING, REMOVAL AND SNOW HAULING SERVICES FOR YEARS 2022 & 2023 with the options for two (2) one (1) year extensions. Each bidder shall provide a Certified Check or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid but not to exceed $20,000 or be less than $500.00. Successful bidders upon the award of a contract will be required to submit a performance bond for 100% of the award amount. Bidders will also be required to complete and return other documents identified within the bid materials. Failure to comply with Instructions to bidders and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of bid. If they do not contain this disclosure statement. All Bidders must register with the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development as a Public Works Contractor.
