Goals Details See Document Page No: 22. Provide a quote for replacing the existing pneumatic controls and system with Direct Digital Controls and all new end of line devices. a. Furnish a complete, tested, fully integrated and completely operational Building Automation System including all necessary software and hardware, wiring, graphics, and control equipment in compliance with this Specification and the Construction Documents. b. Include the complete campus showing all buildings on the front-end GUI for the site. If necessary, include new controls for any missing structures to be consistent with the main building. c. Supply a new Graphical Front Page, which includes previous “D-Wing” phase and new “Cafeteria” phase. Also provide new Boiler, Chiller, and Dual Temp Graphics. 2. A complete project should be handed over to CMS as turnkey. The Contractor shall furnish and install a complete building automation system including all necessary hardware and “open-licensed software” required to perform the control sequences and all application, programming, uploading/downloading program files, graphical editing, and diagnostic functions including trends and alarming.
