Description

Pre-design, site analysis, design development, construction documents, site supervision and project closeout. The Proposer shall provide services which include, but not limited to, engineering for site development, design, specifications and engineering calculations, structural analysis, system evaluation and system recommendation. Services shall also include performance of feasibility studies, bidding, permitting, shop drawing review, construction/renovation observation and field clarifications, record drawings, and preparation of project schedules throughout the County
