St. Elmo Riverwalk 4 Extension

This project will consist of approximately 3800 linear feet of a concrete multi-modal path varying between 10 feet and 12 feet wide with a 5 foot grass strip separating pedestrians and cyclists from vehicular traffic. The project is located in St. Elmo and goes from Middle Street to the Incline Railway. The project will include but is not limited to, concrete pathway installation, landscaping, storm water structure modifications, irrigation system, L.E.D. pedestrian lighting, installation of ADA compliant crossing ramps, railroad safety improvements, and pavement markings. Additionally, St. Elmo Avenue will be resurfaced within the limits of the project.
