Carpet and Resilient Flooring

The intent of this solicitation is to establish term contracts with one or more qualified contractor(s) to furnish & install flooring, not limited to, but including the following: Carpet tile, Vinyl Composition Tile, Resilient flooring, Cove Base, etc. Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and all equipment necessary to perform the removal, installation, and repair of all products specified in the flooring schedule. Price in Schedule shall reflect an all-inclusive cost necessary to accomplish and provide that line item. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
