Deadline for Bidder to Submit Questions 3:00 p.m. Eastern 6/29/2022 Anticipated Date the State will Post Answers to Bidder Questions 5:00 p.m. Eastern 7/11/2022 The Current Advanced Traffic Management System (Atms) Is Used to Operate and Control Intelligent Transportation System (Its) Devices. Mdot's Transportation Operation Centers (Tocs) Utilize This System to Monitor Traffic and Manage Traffic Incidents Along the State-maintained Roadway Network. The Software Is Locally Hosted Utilizing Dtmb Infrastructure. Based on Requirements, Mdot Is Looking to Improve and Automate Functionality Where Possible With a Replacement Application.
