The city is seeking the following services: 1. Repair all rot on six (6) windows, reglaze sashes as needed, Seal all sills with air dam caulking or equivalent. Sand and re-stain trim and sashed. 2. Plaster and paint interior cracks on walls near the (6) windows that were damaged. 3. Paint (2) coats of the trim on the (6) exterior windows. Repaint approx. 800 sqft of walls in conference room |
