Phase 1 Sewer Main Replacement Project

The Project includes the following Work: This project shall consist of furnishing and installation of approximately 1484 l.f. of new sanitary sewer main pipe, precast concrete manholes and sewer service piping for the street locations noted below. The project consists of approximately 814 l.f. of 12" & 10" dia. SDR 35 PVC sewer pipe and 6 new precast manholes on Lower Oak Street, approximately 670 l.f. of 8" dia. SDR 35 PVC sewer pipe and 4 precast concrete manholes on Railroad Avenue, 630 l.f. of SDR 35 PVC sewer service piping within the Town/State right of way (total for both streets), and associated paving and surface restoration. The project also includes replacement of 6 fiberglass manholes and 7 brick manholes with precast concrete manholes on Sawtelle and Oak Street. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference is NOT planned for this Project.
