AMAFCA Miscellaneous Construction Projects XI

**As of December 22, 2022, project was awarded to Salls Brothers Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $1,225,709.35.** The Project includes the removal and re-construction of concrete end section of channel, removal and replacement of water quality fencing, placement of maintenance road with cement treated base course, construction of concrete headwall and retaining wall, grading, seeding, and pipe rail fencing. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $1,517,265.00 (not including tax). The following conditions apply to prospective bidders: A. Appropriate contractor's license (GF-4 or GF-98 or other satisfactory classification). B. Bidders must complete and include the AMAFCA CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE FORM with their bid. AMAFCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal. Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the Contract.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
