Description | REQUIREMENTS: Salvajor Model No. 300-CA-18-ARSS-LD Disposer; GILL MARKETING Model No. CUSTOM Soiled Dishtable with Pot Sinks - "L"Shaped, and Temperature Monitor for Sink Heater, Stainless Steel Body or EQUIVALENT as listed below: Purchase commercial multi-chamber sink, disposal, sink-heater, and all needed labor and materials for installation to be utilized by Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) within the main NFS kitchen. This equipment is used for quantity food service sanitation. The purchase shall include installation and removal of current disposal and sink surround. All items shall fit within existing space (BC250S-Drawing Below) within the main NFS of kitchen. No modification of walls, flooring and existing utilities or floor drains will be made by the facility. Sink/Dishtable: Soiled Dishtable with Pot Sinks "L" Shaped 14 gauge stainless steel top with 12" stainless steel backsplash at walls. Provide (2) 26" x 28" x 14" deep sinks with faucet, pre rinse sprayer, lever drain and overflow. Top to be sound deadened. Provide disposer bracket. Provide one (1) stainless steel tube undershelf. Table to be supported with 1 5/8" stainless steel tube legs with cross bracing, stainless steel adjustable and flanged feet. Unit to include one (1) field joint. Dish table should accommodate disposer and sink heater described therein and fit across entirety of indicated area (layout below) without gaps. Disposer: Salvajor Model No. 300 CA 18 ARSS LD Disposer (or equivalent), 18" cone assembly, 3 Hp motor, start/stop push button, drain/flush/time delay, automatic reversing & water saving with safety line disconnect ARSS LD control, includes fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring & flow control, 6 1/2" inlet diameter, heat treated aluminum alloy housing, single support leg, UL, CSA, CE. Electrical shall be: 208v/60/3 ph, 8.8 amps Sink Heater: Hatco Model No. 3CS 9 Sink Heater (or equivalent), electric, undersink design, electric operation, stainless steel front, body and base, for over 21" square sink area, 9.0kW, NSF, cULus, 208v/50/60/3 ph, 37.5 amps (open delta). Unit shall contain a built-in temperature monitor. The contractor shall disconnect and remove existing sink/dish table and disposer unit and remove from site. Receive, inspect, uncrate, deliver, set in place, provide field weld, connect disposal and sink heater to sink unit hook up to existing utilities and drains per the factory specifications, start up, test, and make ready for final use, seal all penetrations around utility lines and sink unit, perform quality check, install all needed stainless trim if needed, and remove all installation debris. Equipment to delivered on installation date, no storage areas are available prior to installation. Work to be completed after 3:00 PM.
