The Village at Mt. Crested Butte / North Village Development

The scope of work includes the construction of a new mixed-use development consisting of 17 total lots. The project will be completed in three phases. Phase one will establish the entrance, RMBL facilities and some residential buildings. Phase two will include additional housing, commercial developments and a village park. Phase three will include the last portion of the core village and single-family homes. Each lot will be developed with a separate development plan. 12 of the lots are expected to be sold for development after City approvals of the Master Plan. As of September 2, 2022, the project is going through Planning Commission approvals with the City. The project title has changed. A Construction timeline is unknown .
