All interested parties should submit for registration to a vendor email list, at dustin.flint@wcoh.net. All questions will be posted and answered to all vendors who register. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid and be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check in the amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid.
