Hot Water Tank Replacement

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to - 1. Draining and removing existing electrical hot water tanks (total of 3) and expansion tanks in (total of 3) each building and replace each unit with new. a. Building 22 hot water tank will be replaced with the hybrid electric hot water tank (40-gallon as listed below in specifications) and replace the expansion tank (with listed item in specifications below) b. Building 26 hot water tank will be replaced with electric hot water tank (10-gallon as listed below in specifications) and replace the expansion tank (with listed item in specifications below) c. Building 30 hot water tank will be replaced with electric hot water tank (10-gallon as listed below in specifications) and replace the expansion tank (with listed item in specifications below) 2. Re-plumb existing plastic and / or copper plumbing including replacing shut-off valves, expansion tanks, pressure relief valves and vacuum relief valves to supply cold water to each water heater and hot water to each building. 3. Install new service hot water shut off valves on each hot water tank plumbing. 4. Utilizing existing wiring, reattach required 220-volt and 110-volt electrical power as needed with properly sized wiring to each hot water heater and ensure proper amperage circuit breaker(s) are used to supply power to each individual hot water heate
