Howland-Green Library Reroofing The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in Roofing. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $370,000 and the estimated substantial completion date is the end of December 2023. This project may be funded in whole or part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and as such would be subject to federal contractual provisions, included herein.
