To provide professional Architectural/Landscape and Architectural/Engineering services. The City maintains approximately 70 separate parks. Design, renovation, and construction of these facilities is under the authority of the Division of Architecture which functions either as an in-house design group for certain projects, or as a City representative/project manager for projects that are outsourced to other design professionals. Some of the highlights are likely to include: 1. Design and construction or renovation of historic parks and structures 2. Renovation of existing parks. 3. Design and construction of new parks. 4. Design and construction of site infrastructure, utilities and/or utility upgrades. 5. Renovation projects for other municipal structures.
