Advertisement for Bids The Town of Elk Grove, Lafayette County, is accepting bids for a culvert replacement project on Valley View Rd in the Town of Elk Grove. This project is partially funded by the WI DOT LRIP program. The project consists of removing the existing culvert and replacing it with a 60 x 72 steel culvert.
