The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Sienna Environmental Technologies identified suspect exterior PCBcontaining caulk, glazing, or other sealant on building components that are included in the scope of work. The inspection was performed in conformance with all applicable federal, state and local rules, laws, regulations andor guidelines. The US EPAs specified limit for PCB content/concentration is 50 ppm (parts per million) or 50 mg/kg (milligrams per kilogram) by weight. The laboratory used for bulk sample analysis was approved by NYS ELAP and AIHA or NVLAP and performed laboratory analysis by EPA Method 8082.The laboratory results are reported in mg/Kg (milligrams per kilogram) which equates to ppm (parts per million).
