Resurfacing 2-23 (Including Sewer and Water)

The work under this Contract includes construction of approximately 4,270 linear feet of 6" and 8" water main including service relays and transfers, and water main construction staking; installment of 1,300 linear feet of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer relay, 920 linear feet of CIPP lining, including sanitary sewer lateral reconnections, sanitary spot repairs, and sanitary sewer manhole construction and replacement; 1,200 linear feet of 8", 12", and 15" storm sewer construction including inlet leads, storm sewer laterals, storm sewer inlet construction, storm manhole removal, and storm manhole construction; 3,500 cubic yards of excavation below subgrade, 3,500 linear feet of curb and gutter, 3,500 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 5,460 tons of HMA pavement, 29,200 square yards of milling surface, 7,600 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway reconstruction; 500 square feet of cast iron curb ramp detectable warning field, construction staking, and 2,000 square yards restoration. 1. All bidders shall provide proof of responsibility on the form furnished by the Director of Public Works and it shall be filed with the Director of Public Works not less than five (5) days prior to the time set for opening of bids. Said proof of responsibility shall not be valid if filed prior to one year of the date of opening bids.
