Vendor is cautioned that any information released to attendees during the site visit, other than that involving the physical aspects of the facility referenced above, and which conflicts with, supersedes, or adds to requirements in this invitation for bid, must be confirmed by written addendum before it can be considered to be a part of this proposal. A 5% bid bond is not required for this project. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this project. All Contractors are notified that North Carolina Statutory provisions as to licensing for Contractors willbe observed in receiving, reading, and awarding of contracts. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The bidder to whom the contract may be awarded must comply with the requirements of G.S. Section 143-131, as amended. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of a 12-month warranty on all materials and workmanship beginning on the date of project completion
