Green Alley Project - Village of Niles

Site work for a water / sewer project in Niles, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. The Green Alley location is west of Milwaukee adjacent to the Dutchman's Point Neighborhood. The project will reduce flooding and increase sustainability in Niles, and will specifically reduce runoff to an area of Dutchman's point where over 10 homes flood. This Project is include in the Village of Niles's 2023 - 2028 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 25.
