Description

Provide and install a surveillance camera system at the Police Headquarters and Parking Garages. Camera system to record and monitor activities throughout various locations under the supervision of the Police Department. The Video Management System (VMS) should support various types' encoders including H.265 and must be capable of exporting video in an open file format. The video system must be able to integrate with existing dissimilar systems across geographic locations within the city. The system should be able, capable or support the following feature set: 1. Active Directory Integration 2. Video Motion Detection 3. Federation/Interconnect or like-feature 4. Unlimited number of cameras 5. Accessible via web client or software 6. Archive Support 7. Alarms/Alert 8. Open format video support 9. Must support Windows Server 2016/Windows 10 or newer Goals: 25% of the work with DAS certified Small and Minority owned businesses and 25% of that work with DAS certified Minority, Women and/or Disabled owned businesses.) The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals.
