Electrical Structure Removement and Replacement in Lycoming Valley Railroad Office Warehouse

The general scope of work includes upgrading the existing electrical wiring, lighting, and associated components located within the Warehouse Building, based on comments received from an inspection review. The work shall include removal and replacement of existing electrical equipment and devices, including an existing distribution panel and associated branch circuit wiring, and all existing lighting fixtures, including associated wiring and switching. The interior dimensions of the Warehouse Building are roughly 40`x75`. The following codes and standards shall serve as minimum requirements for the work and workmanship. 1. Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE): C2; National Electrical Safety Code. 2. National Electric Manufacturer`s Association (NEMA) Standards. 3. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA): NFPA 70, National Electrical Code; and NFPA-70E, Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. 4. Underwriters` Laboratories, Inc. (UL) Listings, Labels, and Approvals concerning the quality and performance of the specified Products. Each bid shall be accompanied by a warranty describing the time period and compensation related to warranties provided by the material supplier and/or installation contractor.
