Description

The Department of Transportation (DOT), Airports Division seeks the services of qualified architectural and/or engineering firms to provide design services for Baseyard Renovations, Lanai Airport (LNY), State Project No. AM4031-18. The project scope includes an assessment of the existing building including a hazardous materials study, and the corresponding design to address the areas most in need of rehabilitation, which shall include, but not be limited to roof leaks, broken gutters, roll-up doors, and wood rot with painting throughout.
