Bob White Drive Stormwater Improvements

The Project consists of removing three dilapidated corrugated metal pipes and replacing them with a box culvert and includes clearing and grubbing, asphalt removal and replacement, sidewalk construction, and all other associated work. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline Oct 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM

Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
