| Description | This sale is a clear-cut of around 145 acres of slash, loblolly and longleaf pine and hardwood on the Searcy Tract of Lake Talquin State Forest in Wakulla County, Florida. All trees not marked with blue or orange paint within the sale area are available for harvest. Also, all trees and shrubs greater than two inched DBH must be felled. Sale boundaries include roads, firelines, obvious changes of timber type, and trees marked in blue paint. Estimated tons for the following products include pine pulpwood 1,997 tons, pine chip n saw 1,388 tons, pine saw timber 971 and hardwood pulp tons of 2,397. This is a twelve (12) month contract. |
