Switchboard Replacement at Timber Trace Es & Cypress Trails Es

This is a design-build project to provide a full turn-key replacement of the main electrical switchboard. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to design, engineering, permitting, contractor labor, tools, equipment, materials, and electrical equipment to perform ALL work necessary to replace the main switchboard with a new switchboard. The Contractor shall obtain the services of a Florida Registered Professional Engineer to provide assessment of existing conditions and to provide engineering plans and specifications for the replacement of the Main Switchboard. This is a complete "turn-key" project. The contractor is required to provide all equipment, labor, demolition, materials, programming, rigging, concrete and masonry work, electrical work, door/framework, commissioning, etc. that is required to replace the main electrical switchboard. Contract time: It is anticipated that purchase and delivery of the new equipment will be a lengthy process. As such, Substantial Completion of the project shall be within 455 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. This allows 105 days for design and permitting, 320 days for equipment purchase and delivery, and 30 days for installation. Question Deadline 05/12/2023 at 2:00 PM ET ESTABLISHED PROJECT BUDGET FOR CONSTRUCTION: $2,000,000 ($1,000,000 each) Substantial Completion of the project shall be within 455 calendar days, Final Completion shall be 75 days after Substantial Completion.
