Sand Creek Park West Shelter Restroom and Site Improvements Project

This project consists generally of the construction of a large custom-designed picnic shelter including concrete pad and approach paving, and a pre-engineered and prefabricated vault type rest room, with miscellaneous associated site improvements at the east end of the west parking lot near Peoria and Fitzsimons Parkway in Sand Creek Park.
