The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Separate Bids will be received for each of the following: Electrical Contract The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Bidders are not required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty, or Bid Bond. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds are not required.
