Road Resurfacing Project - 2020. The work shall consist of, but not limited to, milling existing pavement of designated roads and resurfacing of existing paved roads approximately a total of 13.55 miles on twenty one (21) roads on various locations of Putnam County. Vendors may bid on one or both parts, and/or one or more individual roads. Any discount for bundled pricing or winning more than one portion will be considered. The County reserves the right to award to one or more bidders who best meet the need of the county. The County will evaluate bid price per road project as well as collective.Base Bid Milling existing pavement and resurfacing with superpave asphaltic concrete Type SP-9.5 or Type SP-12.5Alternate Bid Pavement patching of corner radius modification and pipe trench restoration.Ancillary activities includes traffic control program, turnout construction, painted or thermoplastic pavement striping, as needed and other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
