Streets to be resurfaced are as follows: Skyline Drive - .26 mi.; East Skyline Drive - .07 mi.; West Skyline Drive - .08 mi.; High Street - .08 mi.; Airport Industrial Blvd. - .47 mi.; Billups Street - .23 mi.; North Fifth Street - .34 mi.; Hough Circle - .17 mi.; Turner Drive - .08 mi.; Gilmore Lane - .05 mi. Edge milling shall be done on streets with existing curb/gutter (app. 3700 lf). The streets are to be paved with Asphaltic Concrete 9.5MM w/ H Lime 1 1/2” and striped. No paving shall be done unless the temperature is at least 45 degrees and rising |
