If awarded, the contract will be awarded on the basis of the evaluation criteria set forth herein. The City reserves the right to reject all Proposals and to contract for services in the manner that most benefits the City including awarding more than one contract if desired. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to select the Proposal most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to verify all information submitted in the Proposal. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City's best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from Respondents or to allow corrections of errors or omissions.
