On-Call Well and Pump Services

The City has the need to rehabilitate the existing wells when there is a decrease in capacity, bacteriological problem, or other well production issues. The awarded contractor is required to provide appropriate tools, equipment, materials, and personnel to successfully complete the cleaning and disinfection of the wells. Prior to commencement of work, the awarded contractor and the City shall discuss, review, and evaluate well records to recommend possible treatment methods depending on the condition of each well. The awarded contractor shall submit to the City a detailed proposal including the type of treatment, chemical uses, quantity, duration, man-hours, and cost for final approval.
