Whittaker Library ADA Improvement

Construction of a new ADA restroom, improvements to the ventilation of the existing restroom, and ADA accessible door access at front entrance. The sitework will consist of resurfacing the existing parking lot with ADA compliant parking spaces, and a new accessible walk to the entrance to the library. Construction Cost Range: $125,000 to $285,000 BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID.
