Town-Wide Parks and Property Maintenance Services

Town Wide Parks and Property Maintenance Services including the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery and services for proper maintenance which for the purposes of this RFP, shall include, but is not limited to litter, trash, debris removal and proper disposal, mowing, edging, hedge trimming, selective trimming, selective tree trimming, tree maintenance, various types of spraying, raking, sweeping, weeding, string trimming, mulching, and other landscape maintenance services, miscellaneous Code Enforcement maintenance services and other work as described herein. The initial contract for services (“Contract”) is for a five (5) year term. The Contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement of the parties, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Extensions of the Contract may not exceed fifteen (15) years.
