Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Jennings, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. If all Qualifications have been met, contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder through execution of contract, Notice to Proceed, and initiation of purchase order. The Jefferson Davis Parish Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or part, for just cause pursuant to the law.
