Concrete Culvert

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid response for concrete culverts. The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract(s) or issuance of purchase order for the product(s) and or services(s) stated above. Vendor Question Submission Deadline:February 3, 2023, 2:00pm The contract shall be effective on the date indicated on the Dane County purchase order or the Dane County contract execution date and shall run for one year from that date. You are invited to submit a bid to furnish concrete culverts on an as needed basis to the Dane County Highway and Transportation Department for the 2023 calendar year. Dane County reserves the right to determine at any time for any project to let a bid for that project. Failure to submit a bid may prevent Dane County Highway and Transportation Department from acquiring your product(s). Thus, if you are interested in doing business with the Dane County Highway and Transportation Department in 2023, we strongly encourage you to submit a bid by the opening date indicated.
