As of April 25, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. This project is included City of Newton Capital Improvement Plan fiscal year 2024-2028 Budget. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, funding is allotted to fiscal year 2024. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. The extension of storm drains on Union Street to alleviate flooding and icing issues in the area of Herrick Road. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
