| Description | Plumbing Contractors to replace/repair its Public Safety Complex plumbing fixtures, pipes valves etc. Proposals shall include a Letter of Interest, Scope of Work, Proposed Project Schedule, and a Not-to-Exceed Lump sum. The Plumbing Renovation Work will include furnishing and installation of plumbing fixtures on two existing buildings: Building #1: a 22,787 square foot building housing the Pueblo's Police Department, Tribal Courts and Detention Facility Building #2: a 12,608 square foot building housing the Pueblo's Fire Department Both buildings require removal of the existing plumbing valves and fixtures and replacement with new valves and fixtures. |
